SUJATHA RAJAN, B Com, MCS is the Founder and CEO. Is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, apart from being highly Customer Centric with the ability to form relationships with them effectively.

Has a track record of having demonstrated Efficiency in every sphere of activities and is Logical & Analytical. She sacrificed a promising career to bring up her family and lived in Middle East for 15 Years, before repatriating to India. Possesses exposure to Businesses in India and Middle East

Senior Consultant

RAJAN VENKATESWARAN, MBA, M Phil, Sr. Consultant, has Three and a half decades plus of varied experience in Middle East and India in the Private Sector, Public Sector and as an Entrepreneur.

Multi-sector exposure to Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Mining, Media, Education & Training sectors/ Core Competency in conceiving and setting up New Ventures in the GCC/ Corporate Restructuring/ Branding – Rebranding/ Managing Change/ Turn Around of Companies/ Evaluating JV and Acquisition opportunities and pushing forward to execution as appropriate /Funding/ Tendering/ Adept at providing strategic leadership that has enabled the sustainability of startup companies, especially in unstructured environments.

An effective team leader, mentor, a creative thinker, quick decision maker and practical problem solver who consistently identifies new business opportunities and converts them to effective Business Models. Also possess a decade’s academic experience of teaching MBA students.
